At SerivaFlow, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, this Refund & Return Policy explains how you can request a return, exchange, or refund.

This policy applies to purchases made through serivaflow.com.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item is returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable).

2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

5. Return Shipping

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless:

In these cases, SerivaFlow will cover the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Order Cancellations
